You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise in facility management and strong problem-solving skills will be essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our tenants.ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systemsPerform regular inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety issuesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systemsCoordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary requirementsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventoryRespond promptly to tenant requests and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely mannerConduct energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve building efficiencyKeep informed of industry best practices and new technologies in facility managementEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in facility management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildingsProficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and facility management softwareExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills!Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of health and safety regulations and best practicesValid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
