FACADE SUPERVISOR

Job ResponsibilitiesOversee facade installation activities ensuring alignment with project drawings specifications and timelines.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and progress.Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.Enforce safety protocols onsite to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety inspections and address noncompliance issues immediately.Monitor daily activities and progress preparing regular reports on project status.Ensure resources materials and tools are available to meet project schedules.Liaise with architects engineers and consultants for design clarifications and technical solutions.Address client concerns and provide updates as required.Key QualificationsDiploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facade Site Supervisor in the UAE.Proven track record of working on largescale projects.Background experience from contracting companies in the middle east.Indepth knowledge of facade systems materials and installation techniques.Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.Must be locally available in the UAE.Immediate joiners will be given priority.Vertical: Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
