Facade land surveyor

Meraki Group is looking for a talented Facade Land Surveyor to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing land surveys related to the facade design and construction of buildings, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and adherence to specifications. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all facade elements are executed flawlessly and meet project standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct land surveys to assess the physical characteristics of sites where facades will be installed.Provide accurate measurements and data to assist with facade design and coordination.Utilize surveying equipment and technology to gather data for reports.Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Work with project teams to identify potential issues or discrepancies related to facade installations.Prepare detailed documentation and reports based on survey findings.Assist in site inspections and quality assurance checks during construction phases.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably with a focus on facade work.Strong proficiency in surveying software and tools.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in facade construction.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us?You'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
