OverviewJob Title: Fabrication LeadmanLocation: DubaiExperience: 5 years (Gulf experience preferred)Salary: 65000 8 hours duty OT)Main ResponsibilitiesSupervising and leading a team of fabricators and welders in metal fabrication processes.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings blueprints and specifications.Ensuring accurate cutting welding and assembly of metal structures.Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality standards are met.Coordinating with project managers engineers and other departments.Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and workplace regulations.Managing materials tools and equipment efficiently.Providing training and guidance to junior fabricators and welders.Conducting inspections and troubleshooting fabrication defects.Maintaining proper documentation of work progress and reports.Essential QualificationsITI / Diploma in Fabrication / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication (Indian experience also accepted).Strong understanding of fabrication techniques welding processes and sheet metal work.Skills RequiredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.Expertise in welding cutting bending and assembling metal structures.Strong leadership and team management skills.Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Additional BenefitsAge Limit: Below 49 yearsFacilities Provided:Kitchen facility with food allowanceCompany provided accommodation and transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
