Façade Designer

<ul><li>Design and detail façade systems including curtain walls, aluminium cladding, structural glazing, and unitized panels.</li><li>Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings as per project requirements and standards.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.</li><li>Provide technical support during site installation and resolve design-related issues.</li><li>Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Optimize design for cost-effectiveness, structural performance, and thermal performance.</li><li>Support project management in material selection and procurement.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in façade design within the aluminium industry.</li><li>Familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., Staad Pro, SAP2000) is a plus.</li><li>Good understanding of UAE building codes and standards related to façades and glazing.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Currently residing in the UAE.
