Job Description

Position: Cost Controller – F&BLocation: QatarExperience: 4–5 years (mandatory in F&B sector within Qatar)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller with strong experience in the F&B sector to manage and monitor costs, ensure accurate inventory control, and support financial efficiency across operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Qatar’s market, supplier network, and cost structures within the food and beverage industry.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control food & beverage costs in line with budget targetsConduct regular stock audits, inventory checks, and variance analysisAnalyse daily consumption, wastage, and stock movementPrepare cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and highlight discrepanciesReview purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing for accuracyCoordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimize cost efficiencyDevelop and maintain standard recipes and portion control measuresEnsure proper documentation and compliance with company policiesSupport menu engineering and pricing strategies based on cost analysisIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or related fieldMinimum 4–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller in F&B sector in QatarStrong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control proceduresExperience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)Good understanding of local supplier market and pricing trends in QatarAdvanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
