Working closely with the F&B team and reporting to the Marketing Manager this role focuses on developing content that highlights the hotels restaurants bars events and food offerings while ensuring brand consistency and creativity across all platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ProductionProduce high-quality photo video and written content for all F&B outlets events and culinary experiences.Lead and coordinate internal and external shoots ensuring brand standards and visual consistency.Craft engaging captions posts newsletters and promotional materials that resonate with food enthusiasts.Collaboration with F&B TeamWork closely with chefs restaurant managers and F&B staff to capture authentic experiences.Translate F&B concepts into creative storytelling for social media website and marketing campaigns.Support operational needs including flexible scheduling for morning afternoon or event coverage.Social Media & Digital ManagementManage F&B-focused social media content across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and other platforms.Monitor engagement respond to queries professionally and grow the online community.Optimize content for reach visibility and conversions while maintaining brand voice.Brand & Quality AssuranceEnsure all content reflects the hotels identity tone and visual guidelines.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for content approvals before publishing.Support campaigns and promotions with creative high-quality visuals.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report performance metrics for all F&B content and campaigns.Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and content effectiveness.Coordination & SupportLiaise with external photographers videographers and creative partners as needed.Assist the Marketing team with campaign planning and F&B content initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality Media or a related field.24 years of experience in content creation preferably within F&B hospitality or lifestyle brands.Proficiency in videography photography and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite Canva Lightroom Premiere Pro or similar).Strong storytelling design and creative skills.Understanding of social media trends algorithms and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized flexible and able to manage multiple projects.Passionate about food and creating authentic engaging culinary content.Working Conditions & ReportingThe role reports to the Marketing Manager.The candidate will work closely with the F&B team.Typical working hours: 11 AM 8 PM with flexibility for operational needs and occasional morning coverage.Salary: negotiable depending on experience and skills.Why Join Le MéridienBe part of a global brand that values creativity culture and innovation.Collaborate with a dynamic F&B and Marketing team to create memorable guest experiences.Engage with a cosmopolitan clientele and contribute to the hotels culinary storytelling.Access Marriott Internationals network and resources for career growth.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Bidding,Arabic Speaking,Fund Management,ERP,Airlines,Corrosion Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
