F&B Attendant (In-Room Dining)

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Attendant to join our In-Room Dining team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely accurate and professional delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms providing an exceptional dining experience in the comfort of their room.Key Responsibilities:Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to guest rooms.Set up and present trays and trolleys according to service standards.Ensure guest orders are complete well-presented and delivered with courtesy.Handle guest requests preferences and special dietary needs with care.Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area trolleys and equipment.Follow all hygiene safety and sanitation guidelines.Assist with order taking via phone when required ensuring accuracy and upselling opportunities.Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications : Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferably in Room Service or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A guest-focused courteous and professional attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays.Knowledge of hotel service standards and basic food safety.Additional Information : Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent. Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
