Human-centered design and collaboration are at the core of our work because we believe people support what they help create.</p><p>As wavespace continues to grow, we are looking for top talent to bring immersive experiences to life and guide clients through the challenges of innovation—both in-person and virtually.</p><h3>Your key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and run client innovation experiences</li><li>Understand session objectives and ensure the design meets those objectives</li><li>Participating in design strategy for concurrent client sessions</li><li>Create a safe, inclusive environment for participation before, during, and after experiences</li><li>Demonstrate emotional intelligence and manage energy, flow, and inspiration throughout the session</li><li>Leverage strong listening skills to navigate challenging or political discussions</li><li>Share accountability and collaborate with all team members contributing to client experiences</li><li>Act as liaison between the Experience Leader/Manager and the wider experience team</li><li>Coordinate logistics, resources, technology, materials, and overall session readiness</li><li>Train and mentor, the next generation of facilitators across the wave space network</li></ul><h3>Skills and attributes for success</h3><p>This is a highly visible role with significant client interaction.</p><ul><li>Experience and confidence in facilitation and/or training</li><li>Professional qualification in Innovation&Design Thinking</li><li>Proven ability to deliver impactful innovation sessions</li><li>Creative problem‑solving skills</li><li>Ability to navigate challenging situations in real time</li><li>Consulting experience</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)</li></ul><h3>Ideally, you’ll also have</h3><ul><li>Degree or certification in Innovation&Design Thinking</li><li>Experience in one or more sectors: AI&Data, Financial Services, Energy, Government&Infrastructure</li><li>Event planning experience</li><li>Ability to travel across the MENA region</li><li>Saudi Nationals only</li></ul><h3>What we look for</h3><p>We seek motivated, smart, collaborative team players who thrive in EY’s diverse, high‑performing environment.
