External Fulfillment Specialist, Operations

Were expanding our team within Amazon Operations! Join our team family and contribute to the success of our operations in DXB6!We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound outbound and Sort Center activities demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.Key job responsibilities- Manage daily operations for inbound outbound and Sort Center processes- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.- Identify and implement process improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience- High school or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required- Candidate has to have strong inbound and outbound from our core FCs Step up and knowledge of Sort Center activities demonstrating bias for action and managing external stakeholders strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
