Express Operations Partner

Job PurposeEmirates Courier express is a fast, reliable, and end-to-end delivery solution, leveraging Emirates' global network and logistics expertise to provide seamless door-to-door express shipping for customers worldwide.In This Role You WillManage and provide support to external operational partners and ensure partner agreements are constantly evolving to enhance service propositionManage service concerns and issues (i.e. service failures, accounting and reconciliation issues) in a timely way, focusing on customer needs.Understand market trends and have constant inputs into how to enhance operational processes, driving improvements with the wider Express team.
