Job Description
<div><h3>International Sales Strategy&Market Development:</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in new and existing international markets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to drive growth and increase brand presence.</li></ul><h3>Client Relationship Management:</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and retailers.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for all export-related queries, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients.</li></ul><h3>Sales Forecasting&Performance Tracking:</h3><ul><li>Set and monitor sales targets for export markets, analysing sales trends to ensure targets are met or exceeded.</li></ul><h3>Contract Negotiation&Closing:</h3><ul><li>Negotiate terms and conditions with international clients, ensuring compliance with export laws and trade regulations.</li></ul><h3>Coordination with Logistics&Operations:</h3><ul><li>Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product shipments.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth delivery processes and avoid stock outs.</li></ul><h3>Customer Support&After-Sales Service:</h3><ul><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely after-sales support and handling post-sale issues.</li><li>Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving product offerings or services.</li></ul><h3>Budget Management:</h3><ul><li>Prepare and manage the export sales budget, ensuring that all activities are executed within allocated financial resources.</li><li>Monitor expenses related to export logistics, marketing, and trade events, ensuring cost efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>5 years</b>of experience in export sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and growing international sales in FMCG markets.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in<b>CRM software</b>,<b>Microsoft Office Suite</b>, and project management tools.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Good Communication skills.</li><li>In-depth understanding of international trade regulations, export processes, and logistics.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
