RequirementsNeed MALE candidate ONLYThe candidate should preferably be based out of Dubai.Should have handled a global team across countries.Preferably from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry.Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations.Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance.Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions.Strong leadership, negotiation, pricing strategy & business development skills with willingness for international travel.ExperienceMin 8 to 10 recent years' private label in food manufacturing industriesWell connected with FMCG buyersCurrently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycleMin 12 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary salesMin 15 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROITraveling to export markets upon requirementMin 12 years of experience in managing distributors across Asia or/and AfricaSolid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs (new products developments), new product launch, JBP (joint business planning), distribution management/KPIs, channel managementWell experienced in developing and implementing export sales strategiesWell experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain modelsBackground in working with multi nationalities and cultureProficient in MS and reporting systemExperience in dealing with GM and director levelsSkills & CompetenciesOrganizedResults oriented and meeting deadlinesCross functional team workStrong financial planning and analytical skillsProblem/issues solverInitiative thinkingWorking under pressureCommunication & influencing skillsAdvanced level in MSTurning challenges into opportunitiesPricing models and strategiesMarket demand understandingP&L understandingConsumer and in store shoppers insights/trending analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
