Export Sales Coordinator

Job Description – Export Sales CoordinatorRole OverviewThe Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end export order coordination, SAP/ERP order processing, export documentation, customer coordination, and sales support. The role requires strong exposure to export operations, documentation, LC handling, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate execution of export sales orders.Key Responsibilities1. Export Order ProcessingPrepare Proforma Invoices and enter export orders into SAP/ERPTrack order execution from booking to completionCoordinate with internal teams and share order execution status with the sales teamSAP/ERP experience is mandatory2. Export DocumentationPrepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, InsuranceHandle Letters of Credit (LC) and prepare documents as per LC termsMaintain export documentation and track payments and overdue statusValidate export documents before sharing with customers3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain and update customer databasesCoordinate with key accounts and resolve customer queries effectively4. Sales & Administrative SupportSupport the sales team with reports, presentations, and proposalsAssist in preparing sales contracts and agreements5. Internal & External CoordinationCoordinate with Production, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teamsCommunicate order status, delivery schedules, and product details to customers6. Market Research & ReportingConduct market research to identify trends and sales opportunitiesAnalyze sales data and provide insights to the sales teamPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics7. Inventory & Delivery CoordinationCoordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availabilityMonitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries8. Customer Service & Follow-upsAddress customer complaints professionally and promptlyFollow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfactionCollect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement9.
