Job DescriptionProvide expert advice on HR projects across all HR domains including talent management, organizational development, performance, learning, and employee engagement.Provide expert advice on development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic and transformation objectives.Provide expert advice on cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, including those mandated by the Prime Minister’s Office or other national bodies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.Advise and support the design and execution of key strategic programs such as wellbeing, learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, rewards and recognition, and HR satisfaction enhancement.Provide subject matter expertise and strategic oversight in HR systems and technology initiatives including process reengineering, and digital transformation projects.Provide expert advice on HR frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies to strengthen HR capabilities and ensure sustainability of HR initiatives.Provide expert advice on building capacity of HR section heads and team members to improve strategic thinking, project management, and analytical capabilities.Analyze HR performance indicators and data to identify areas for improvement and propose evidence-based recommendations.Perform any other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned.Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.Preferred QualificationBachelor’s degree.
