Job Description As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create solution architectures aligning with business goals and technical best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus. - Writing clean, scalable code in Java and implementing and managing database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases. - Working with Hibernate for ORM and implementing messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka. - Utilizing Docker for containerization, Kubernetes for orchestration, and performing system design to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. - Supporting testing phases and ensuring quick turnaround of defect fixes, along with developing documentation throughout the SDLC. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 14 years of experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot/Quarkus frameworks, Microservices architecture, and Angular. - Strong expertise in ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA (14+ years), along with 12 years of experience in SQL and NoSQL databases. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, system design principles, and performance tuning. - Experience in implementing IT products at scale, cost optimization, and AWS services. - Certification in cloud platforms, basic knowledge of Generative AI, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging tools, and understanding of Agentic AI concepts and automation.
