Learn more here.ResponsibilitiesPrimary owner of P&L in one or multiple areas of energy businessBuild and maintain fundamental and quantitative trading modelsWork with risk to ensure compliance with agreed upon risk management metrics and sizingLiase side by side with senior energy traders to share best practices / learnings where applicableLearn proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading businessGrow existing trades and P&L while identifying and pursue new opportunitiesFurther responsibilities may be driven by the individual's interests and specific skillsRequirementsEnergy trading experience requiredSelf-starter with entrepreneurial spiritAble to learn quickly in a fast paced, high pressure environmentTargeted ISO experience and knowledge of fundamental gridDetail oriented, organized, diligentMaintain composure and communicate clearly when under pressureAbility to succeed working as part of a diversified teamStrong understanding of math, probability, and statisticsHigh level of proficiency in Excel and VBA; SQL, python, statistical modeling, other programming a plusAdvanced aptitude for problem solving and multitaskingProven track record with historical P&L preferredDV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
