Job Description
Job Description As a Campus Recruiter at Kirloskar Oil Engines, you will play a crucial role in representing the company across top engineering and business schools. Your main responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with these institutions, with a focus on building a sustainable pipeline of future leaders, engineers, and supply chain experts. You will be entrusted with leading the end-to-end strategy, from identifying high-potential campuses to creating engaging experiences that showcase our smart manufacturing capabilities.
- Strategy Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment roadmap that caters to our needs in manufacturing, research & development, and corporate functions.
- Data-Driven Selection: Utilize historical hiring data and industry insights to pinpoint 'Target Schools' aligned with our technical requirements, such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce tailored content highlighting our factory automation, sustainability initiatives, and compelling 'Day in the Life' narratives.
Your role will involve establishing strong partnerships with universities, serving as the main liaison for Career Service Centers, Faculty heads, student organizations, and leveraging the Alumni Network as brand advocates during on-campus activities.
- University Partnerships: Engage with key stakeholders to foster relationships and facilitate collaborations, ensuring a strong presence on campuses.
- On-Site & Virtual Events: Organize various activities including facility tours, technical workshops, case study competitions, and hackathons centered around manufacturing challenges.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Develop targeted initiatives to attract diverse talent in STEM and manufacturing, promoting inclusivity and equality in recruitment processes.
Furthermore, you will be expected to stay abreast of emerging trends in the manufacturing landscape, particularly focusing on the 'Future of Work' encompassing Industry 4.0 and AI in production. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition to the next generation of talent, specifically Gen Z individuals.
