OverviewExpeditor - KSA role at ELECTRA. Under the guidance of the Store & Warehouse / Logistics Manager, the Expeditor is responsible to complete the delivery cycle, from order placement until the GRN booking, in support of Electra's operations.ResponsibilitiesExecute daily operations to ensure optimal assistance to Electra.Communicate with various stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods and services.Maintain business systems with accurate information to enable optimum reporting and performance (e.g., uploading delivery documents, creating the GRN transactions, submitting logistics requests, submitting purchase requests).Perform physical count and receiving of goods (where applicable), verifying correctness against documentation before upload.Prepare and analyze reports (e.g., Open Purchase Reports).Engage with stakeholders to encourage vendors to prevent, detect and eradicate breaches of ethical standards.Handle petty cash.Ensure SLA / KPI targets are met for all major processes assigned and that departmental objectives are achieved.RequirementsSelf-awareness — learning from mistakes, seeking and accepting feedback, and providing constructive comments to improve personal and team performance.Problem solving — assess situations and identify causes of problems, proposing appropriate solutions.Honesty and integrity — maintain and promote personal and professional honesty and integrity.Dealing with conflict — identify and minimize potential conflict while recognizing positive contributions of managed conflict.Equality and diversity — maintain and promote best practices in valuing and respecting diversity.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.General Obligations towards Occupational Health and Safety and EnvironmentalYou will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, and all equipment issued by the company. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety regulations and cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and conditions that do not pose any risks in terms of health and safety.
