Job Description

The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensiveadministrative support to executives, ensuring the smooth operation of dailyactivities. The ideal candidate will have a strong command ofEnglish, Construction based experience, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multipletasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Manageand organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangementsHandleand prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondencePrepareand edit reports, presentations, and other business documentsMaintainan organized filing system, ensuring easy access to key documents andinformationCoordinatemeetings, conferences, and events for the management teamTakeminutes at meetings and ensure accurate records are keptManageoffice supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office runs smoothlyDraftand send routine communications and business correspondenceAssistin the preparation and review of contracts, reports, and other documentsMaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPerformother administrative tasks as assigned by executivesRequirementsProvenexperience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar roleStrongorganizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detailProficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Abilityto work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStronginterpersonal skills and a professional demeanerDiscretionand confidentiality when handling sensitive informationAbilityto handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactivelyStrongtime management and problem-solving abilitiesAbachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a relatedfield (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
