DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to join Offset8 Capital Limited in Abu Dhabi. As an Executive Secretary you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This position is vital to the organization as you will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.As an Executive Secretary at Offset8 Capital Limited you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the overall success of the company. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. If you are looking to kickstart your career in the financial services industry and work in a dynamic environment this opportunity is perfect for you.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executives schedules.Coordinate meetings conferences and appointments.Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and reports.Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.Perform general office tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry.Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.Make travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
