Job Description
Organize and manage schedules and meetings for senior management Prepare meetings with accuracy and professionalism Follow up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations with relevant departments Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain and organize files and documents with confidentiality and accuracy Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality
