OverviewCompany: Boeing International Corporation United Arab EmiratesBoeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Executive Sales Director reporting to the Vice President of Middle East Sales. This pivotal role is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The position is expected to be 100% onsite.This role is critical in establishing and cultivating high-level relationships with airline customers in the Middle East Region. The Executive Sales Director will be tasked with developing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving substantial revenue growth.The ideal candidate will identify opportunities within the market, allocate necessary resources, and create an executive involvement plan to ensure successful sales and execution. Additionally the Executive Sales Director will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive sales plans that leverage our competitive position in the market.This role presents a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment. Join our team to make a significant impact on our business success.Position ResponsibilitiesExecutive interface with Middle East Region customer organizations at the senior executive levelWill act as key interface with leaders on accounts in the sales region; develops specific strategies for key customers and the region and identify opportunities to achieve aircraft sales objectivesDevelops and manages the Sales strategies for the accounts supportedMentors peers and others by sharing knowledge and experience to win/close salesLeverages resources and knowledge of Boeing products services processes and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage and foster business growthCreates, maintains and advances customer relationships to become a trusted business partnerDevelops in-depth knowledge of customer business culture requirements and related topics to gain competitive advantageInterfaces with customers and internal Boeing resources to keep all parties apprised of key issuesProvides business case analysis, develops and obtains authorization to proceed with customer solutionsLeads sales campaign activities by executing strategies and tactics to foster business growth with acceptable marginsAssists in preparing proposals by developing and reviewing the statement of work, cost estimates, executive summary and pricingResearches, reviews and analyzes information about competitors products and services to leverage and improve competitive position and to secure customer commitments on behalf of The Boeing CompanyBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)5 years experience working in the Sales and Marketing domain5 years experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environmentExperience using critical business and financial acumen to influence and shape strategyExperience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functionsAbility to develop strong customer relationships across all levels of customer government involvement and BoeingMust be able and willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Proven experience in the Saudi commercial aviation market including demonstrated success partnering with national airline carriers and deep understanding of local regulatory requirementsExperience interfacing with airline customer organizations at the senior executive levelAbility to successfully lead or engage a multi-functional global sales teamExtensive knowledge of the customer base and business environment in the leasing and airline industriesDemonstrated ability to work across various levels of management at airline customers to achieve positive results for Boeing; Bachelor’s degree or higherRelocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
