About the CompanyWe are establishing a new LV switchgear assembly and panel manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. The company will focus on delivering high-quality locally assembled low-voltage switchgear and control panels aligned with UAE market standards and international best practices.Role OverviewThe Executive Manager will lead the full setup and operational launch of the company from facility establishment and team recruitment to technical operations and business development.The role requires a strong technical background in LV switchgear design assembly and testing combined with proven leadership experience in the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead company setup licensing and operational readiness.Oversee LV switchgear assembly operations QA/QC and compliance with IEC/DEWA/ADDC standards.Manage supplier relationships material sourcing and production planning.Build train and supervise a technical and commercial team.Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow market share.Drive profitability through cost control operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Report to the Board/Owner with regular operational and financial updates.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).Minimum 1015 years of UAE experience in LV switchgear manufacturing assembly or related fields.Proven track record in a senior management or GM role.Strong knowledge of IEC standards testing procedures and LV component integration (ABB Schneider Legrand Siemens etc.).Excellent leadership project management and business development skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
