<div><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Executive – HR&Administration located in Umm Al Quwain. The role involves supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.</p><p>The Executive will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the role includes managing administrative tasks such as office coordination, facility management, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs</li><li>Support recruitment coordination and employee engagement activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies</li><li>Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation</li><li>Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility coordination, logistics around employee food arrangements.</li><li>Liaise with PRO services for visa processing, renewals, and government‑related documentation.</li><li>Maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports as required</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3–5 years of experience in HR&Administration within the UAE</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices</li><li>Experience in payroll support, HRIS, and employee documentation</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
