Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to manage and oversee all housekeeping operations. This role is responsible for the efficient running of indoor and outdoor housekeeping services including laundry operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness sanitation presentation and service excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all housekeeping operations across the propertyEnsure the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene sanitation and disinfection are consistently met and exceeded.Manage daily housekeeping operations staffing scheduling and task allocation.Conduct daily briefings and regular housekeeping meetings to communicate plans policies feedback and improvements.Supervise train and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure operational excellence and compliance with approved standards.Coordinate with Engineering for repairs upgrades and preventative maintenance programs.Manage deep-cleaning programs and ensure all areas are covered throughout the year.Demonstrate professionalism leadership and exemplary conduct at all times.Maintain punctuality proper uniform and excellent personal hygiene at all times.Comply fully with fire hygiene health safety and emergency procedures.Remain flexible and perform additional duties as requested by ManagementQualification & ExperienceMinimum 5 years professional housekeeping experience in similar role with at least 7 years in a Housekeeping Manager role within a private residence luxury hotel or similar environment.Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques laundry and wardrobe care for delicate/high-value textiles.Experience managing a team and coordinating schedules training and performance reviews.Exceptional attention to detail and high service standardsStrong leadership training and team-management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilities Key Skills Hotel Experience,Hospitality Experience,Basic Math,Laundry,Cleaning Experience,Housekeeping Management,Special Needs,Hotel Management,Sanitation,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
