Job DescriptionOn schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Host / Hostess - International Marketing to join the resort’s International Marketing team.ResponsibilitiesPlayer Development & Revenue GrowthManage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-value domestic gaming playersAnalyze guest gaming activity, theoretical performance, trip frequency, and worth to identify growth opportunitiesProactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenueAchieve and exceed assigned revenue and player development targetsIdentify and re-activate lapsed players through strategic outreach initiativesGuest Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring seamless and highly personalized experiencesBuild strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication (phone, messaging, in-person engagement)Conduct property tours and host on-property visits to enhance guest engagementMaintain discretion and professionalism in handling VIP guest information and preferencesEvent & Experience ExecutionInvite, manage, and host premium guests during gaming events, tournaments, and exclusive marketing activationsCoordinate guest participation in promotional campaigns and VIP experiencesEnsure seamless execution of guest stays, including reservations, transportation, and personalized amenitiesOperational & Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and detailed player profiles in CRM systems, including preferences, service history, and performance dataIssue and manage discretionary comps in accordance with internal guidelines and approval thresholdsPrepare regular reports on player performance, trip recaps, and revenue trackingEnsure compliance with Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, responsible gaming practices, and UAE regulatory requirementsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel Operations, F&B, and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest journeysPartner with Marketing to execute targeted domestic campaigns and player reinvestment strategiesSupport property-wide initiatives aimed at elevating the premium guest experienceAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)3–5 years of experience in gaming hosting, player development, luxury hospitality, or high-end VIP relationship managementStrong understanding of gaming operations, gaming metrics (ADT, theo, reinvestment), and comp managementDemonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage a high-value guest portfolioExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness within the UAE marketProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and gaming management systems strongly preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
