Executive – Financial Operations (Emirati)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Financial Operations to join our Financial Management team. This role plays a key part in supporting Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoicesFollow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivablesPerform revenue recognition and support month-end closing activitiesPrepare validation and revenue analysis reportsProcess monthly payroll and employee-related payments (commissions, per diem, EOS)Handle payroll-related government transactions within defined timelinesComplete payroll reconciliations and month-end closing processesAssist in manpower budgeting activitiesRespond to queries related to receivables and payrollSupport audit processes by providing required documentationCarry out additional tasks related to receivables and payroll as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or PayrollStrong understanding of reconciliations and basic financial reportingHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)#J-18808-Ljbffr
