This role oversees multiple project and construction management teams, ensures commercial performance across the portfolio, and drives market expansion within the region. The position requires exceptional leadership, strong business and financial acumen, and a proven ability to build client confidence and secure repeat work.We envisage success in this role to include;Business Leadership & Financial PerformanceLead the PMCM/Construction Supervision business unit in Saudi Arabia, ensuring all services adhere to KEO standards and contribute to divisional profitability.Drive year-on-year revenue growth, market share expansion, and enhanced operating margins through disciplined resource planning, cost control, and improved delivery efficiency.Oversee financial performance across projects, including fee management, internal costing, commercial risk oversight, and timely collection of receivables.Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership, with clear visibility on financial metrics, operational risks, and business opportunities.Strategic Growth & Client DevelopmentDevelop and execute the growth strategy for PMCM/CS services across Saudi Arabia, aligning with broader divisional objectives.Lead business development efforts, including opportunity identification, client engagement, bid strategy, and proposal review.Strengthen relationships with key clients to secure repeat commissions and maintain high levels of satisfaction with service quality and delivery.Collaborate with divisional peers to share market intelligence, evaluate cross-regional initiatives, and expand KEO’s footprint.Operational Excellence & Project GovernanceEnsure robust implementation of PMPs, QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and risk management frameworks across all projects.Provide guidance to project leaders to improve delivery efficiency, contractual compliance, and technical coordination.Oversee complex projects, including large rail and infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.Chair project meetings, review progress reports, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong controls over contractor performance.Build and mentor high-performing multi-disciplinary teams, including the recruitment of senior technical and management personnel.Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency across the division.Ensure compliance with company policies, support workforce mobility initiatives, and work closely with internal support functions.QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 20+ years work experience in Project and Construction management including leadership of large, complex programs.Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).Membership of a Professional Engineering or Project / Construction Management Society or other recognised body is desirable.
