This role will manage corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. A key focus will be supporting board governance and risk mitigation. The Director will advise executive leadership on legal exposure and strategic decisions. The role will also manage external counsel and internal legal teams.Candidate ProfileCandidates must have senior legal leadership experience within large organisations or groups. Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks is essential. The ideal profile combines legal depth with commercial awareness. Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
