Executive Director - Infrastructure ProjectsFull time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab EmiratesPosted On 04/01/2026Job InformationNumber of Positions 1City Dubai337-1500Job DescriptionWe are currently supporting a confidential executive search for a senior leadership position within a large, asset-intensive organization in the UAE.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, engineering, and delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure and capital projects across a multi-project environment.Role OverviewThe Executive Director – Infrastructure Projects will lead the end-to-end execution of major projects, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence.The role involves managing multiple project streams, overseeing senior teams, and driving performance across engineering, project management, and delivery functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of large-scale infrastructure and capital projects across multiple programsOversee engineering coordination, project governance, and delivery frameworksManage project portfolios, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance trackingEstablish and implement best practices in project delivery, risk management, and quality assuranceEngage with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and regulatory entities to ensure smooth executionDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across project functionsProvide leadership and direction to senior project teams and functional headsRequirementsExtensive experience in large-scale infrastructure, energy, or complex engineering environmentsProven track record in managing high-value, multi-project portfoliosStrong leadership experience overseeing senior teams and cross-functional stakeholdersBackground in engineering-led organizations with asset-heavy operationsSolid understanding of project governance, contracts (e.g., EPC/FIDIC), and delivery frameworksAbility to operate at both strategic and execution levelsArabic speakers are preferred; Emirati national are highly preferred for this opportunity.Candidates currently based in the UAE are highly preferred, followed by those in the GCCCandidates from outside the region will be considered only if they are currently in a similar role within the same industry and function#J-18808-Ljbffr
