Executive Director- Corporate & Investment Banking

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director for our Privileged Clients Group managing Corporate & Investment Banking portfolio in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This role will drive strategic growth oversee complex financial transactions and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients in the region.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the banks corporate and investment banking business in the UAE and broader Middle East regionMotivate a team of senior bankers ensuring high performance and professional developmentOversee complex financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and structured finance dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients including major corporations government entities and high-net-worth individualsCollaborate with other business units to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenueEnsure compliance with local and international banking regulations and internal risk management policiesRepresent the bank at high-level industry events and forumsProvide strategic advice to the board of directors on market trends opportunities and challenges in the corporate and investment banking sector#LI-MM2Qualifications : Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; MBA or CFA certification preferredMinimum of 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking with a significant portion in senior leadership rolesProven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams in the banking sectorIn-depth knowledge of corporate and investment banking products services and best practicesStrong understanding of global financial markets economic trends and their impact on banking strategiesExtensive experience in the Middle East financial markets with a focus on the UAEExceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and high-profile clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environmentThorough understanding of UAE and regional financial regulations and compliance requirementsFluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirableRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Commercial Property Paralegal,Field,Budgeting,BI Experience: years Vacancy: 1
