Role: Executive Director – Project DeliveryWe are currently supporting a major development organization in Riyadh on the appointment of an Executive Director – Project Delivery to oversee the delivery of large-scale and architecturally iconic developments forming part of a landmark global project.This role will lead the delivery strategy and execution of complex developments, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for the delivery of major development projects from design through construction and handover.Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and delivery partners.Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget, schedule, quality, and governance requirements.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and project partners.Drive best practices in project management, construction delivery, and operational readiness.Requirements20+ years of experience in construction, development, or project delivery.Proven track record delivering large-scale and architecturally complex developments.Experience leading delivery of iconic or landmark projects such as cultural buildings, museums, hospitality assets, or major mixed-use developments.Strong international experience, ideally with exposure to the Middle East.Demonstrated leadership managing large project teams and complex stakeholder environments.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a globally significant development program and contribute to the delivery of world-class landmark projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
