Executive- Customer Relationship

*Key Responsibilities:** Receive and log customer complaints through multiple channels (email, phone, chat, social media, in-person, etc.). Investigate complaints by gathering relevant information, coordinating with internal teams, and reviewing supporting documents. Provide prompt, accurate, and em
