OverviewExecutive Chef in El-Ain, UAEWe are currently looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at El-Ain. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently and lead a team with enthusiasm.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen and maintain a safe working environment.Order supplies and manage inventory.Develop menus and oversee menu planning and design.Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.Stimulate, motivate and supervise staff; provide guidance as necessary.Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent organizational skills.Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.Strong knowledge of current food trends and culinary techniques.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.Ability to plan menus, manage costs, and maintain high quality standards.Ability to work independently and lead a team with enthusiasm.Benefits & Additional InformationWe offer a competitive salary of 1000 for this role along with the opportunity for career growth.
