Job Description

Job OverviewExecutive Chef vacancy in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, drive menu innovation, lead staff training, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesOverall management of the kitchen, including menu creation, development, and seasonal updates.Staff training, scheduling, and performance management.Food preparation, quality assurance, and adherence to hygiene regulations.Stock level management, supply ordering, and cost control.Foster a positive working atmosphere to sustain high productivity.RequirementsPrevious experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a reputable restaurant.Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs.Good understanding of hygiene regulations.Ability to manage stock levels and order supplies when needed.Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary of 1400 QR per month with additional benefits such as medical insurance, accommodation allowance, and other allowancesli>Opportunity to cook for large parties and events held at the restaurant.Training opportunities for professional development locally or abroad if desired by the candidate.Working ConditionsWorking hours: 8 hours per day from Sunday through Thursday with two days off per week (Friday & Saturday).Workplace: Restaurant located in Doha, easily accessible by public transport or car/taxi/ride‑sharing services such as Uber or Careem.#J-18808-Ljbffr
