As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a team of kitchen staff. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating delicious Indian dishes and a keen eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain menus that showcase authentic Indian cuisineEnsure high quality and consistency in all food preparation and presentationManage inventory and control food costsTrain, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all timesAdhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable Indian restaurant or hotelStrong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniquesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse teamStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills in EnglishThis is a contract job with a salary of $1,700 per month.
