Executive Chef vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAEWe are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. We offer a salary of 1700 AED per month and are open to considering a foreigner for this position.Job DutiesCreate new menu items and recipes in collaboration with the kitchen staff.Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and sanitation.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations and standards of quality and presentation.Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety protocols.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.Experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies.Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
