The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, creating menus, and ensuring the highest levels of quality in food preparation. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with the appropriate skills and experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new dishes and menus based on customer feedbackMonitor food costs and adjust recipes accordingly to maintain budget targetsOversee the daily operations of the kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasksEnsure all dishes prepared meet high quality standards with regard to taste, presentation, temperature, freshness, portion size etc.Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, recipes, presentation styles etc.Maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen area at all timesRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environmentProven track record of creating innovative recipes and menusAbility to manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staffGreat organizational skills with knowledge of food safety regulationsExcellent communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
