Executive Chef vacancy – Zayed City, UAEExecutive Chef job in Zayed City UAEResponsibilitiesManage all kitchen staff and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.Lead the kitchen team, delegating tasks and motivating staff to achieve excellent results.Oversee menu development, food costing, and inventory management.Ensure adherence to kitchen safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized environment.Stay current with food trends and international cuisine, and creatively incorporate local ingredients where appropriate.QualificationsMinimum of five years experience in the hospitality industry, with at least two years in a managerial position.Excellent verbal communication skills and strong leadership abilities.Experience in menu development, food costing, and inventory management.Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling multiple tasks.Knowledge of food trends and international cuisine; ability to utilize local ingredients in innovative ways.Salary and LocationSalary: 1600 per month.
