Indian Executive Chef in Al-Khor, QatarWe are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality food and exceptional dining experience to our customers. You will also be responsible for menu creation, food costing, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create innovative dishes.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.Proficient in food costing and inventory management.Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.Good communication skills in English.ResponsibilitiesPlan and create menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to customers' tastes.Oversee all kitchen operations including cooking, cleaning, stocking, and organizing.Train and manage kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, portion control, hygiene standards, etc.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly to maintain stock levels within budget.Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions or special menu items as needed.Conduct regular quality checks on food products to maintain high-quality standards.Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients while maintaining quality standards.Salary and Benefits$1,300 per month (tax‑free) + accommodation + transportation + medical insurance + annual leave.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about creating delicious Indian dishes and have proven experience as an Executive Chef, then we would love to hear from you.
