OverviewExecutive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury hotel in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory and budgets, and will be responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage kitchen operations for a luxury hotel.Plan and develop menus and supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality standards.oversee inventory management and budget adherence.Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff; promote a culture of safety and teamwork.Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance across the kitchen.Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team.Creativity, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of different cuisines.OfferCompetitive salary package of $1800 per month plus benefits including accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
