Executive ChefWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a prestigious restaurant in Al-Khor. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, along with strong leadership skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain menu offerings that are both creative and in line with customer preferences.Oversee food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served.Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions.Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or ingredients to the menu.RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with front-of-house staff.Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred OR Equivalent combination of education/training/experience OR Certification from a recognized culinary institute.Salary$1800/month (negotiable based on experience)CityAl-Khor, Qatar (local candidates preferred)NationalityMalayalee (preferred but not required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
