OverviewExecutive Chef in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1500 per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily kitchen operations while ensuring staff adhere to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.Develop new menu items based on customer feedback and industry trends.Manage the budget for food purchases and track kitchen inventory.Monitor staff performance, hold regular team meetings, and motivate the team to deliver excellence.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience as a professional chef, preferably in a luxury property or similar environment.Expertise in menu creation, food presentation, and kitchen organization; ability to work with multiple ingredients and complex dishes.A passion for cooking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, good leadership qualities, attention to detail, and creativity in menu design.Multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, up-to-date knowledge of food trends and techniques, and understanding of health regulations regarding food preparation.A certificate or degree in culinary arts is preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
