Indian Executive Chef in Abu DhabiWe are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and serving authentic Indian cuisine, as well as strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff.Responsibilities:- Develop menus and recipes for authentic Indian dishes that meet our restaurant's standards and customer preferences- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian dishes- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen- Monitor food inventory and purchase necessary ingredients while keeping within budget constraints- Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu itemsRequirements:- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, with a focus on Indian cuisine- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and menu planning effectively- Excellent communication skills to work with other staff members and interact with customers from diverse backgrounds- Biometric passport is preferred but not requiredSalary:We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
