Salary: 1400 AED/month.RequirementsProven experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchenExcellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresGood knowledge of various food cultures and different types of cuisineGreat customer service skillsAbility to lead with a positive attitude and motivate the kitchen staffAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentGood verbal communication skills in English or ArabicJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servingsPlan orders of ingredients according to identified shortages/surpluses in stock levelsManage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff (e.g. hiring new staff, scheduling shifts)Establish portion sizes and prepare all menu items according to set recipesMonitor food stock levels and place orders as necessaryEnsure that all kitchen equipment is well maintained and safe for useOversee the quality of dishes before they are servedAnalyze customer feedback to improve recipes or create new onesEnsure compliance with sanitation regulations within the kitchen area#J-18808-Ljbffr
