Job Description
We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to the CEO to be based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is capable of handling complex administrative and operational duties at the executive level.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondenceAct as a key liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external stakeholders, and partnersCoordinate across departments to ensure alignment with executive priorities and strategic objectivesDraft professional reports, presentations, and official communicationsPrepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action pointsHandle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalismUnderstand organizational policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation to streamline daily operations and enhance workflow efficiencyOversee departmental and individual KPIs, generate weekly performance reports, and conduct general evaluations for staff and department heads, tracking progress toward monthly and quarterly goalsCollaborate with internal teams to support the development and optimization of the organization’s ERP system, enhancing digital workflows and operational transparencyRequirementsNative Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)Minimum 7 years of experience in executive or C-level support rolesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern communication toolsBachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferredPreferred QualitiesPrevious experience in fast-paced, multinational or regional companiesHigh attention to detail and strong interpersonal skillsDiscretion, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
