Job Description
<div><p>We are looking for a high‑caliber Executive Assistant to the CEO to be based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is capable of handling complex administrative and operational duties at the executive level.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence</li><li>Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external stakeholders, and partners</li><li>Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with executive priorities and strategic objectives</li><li>Draft professional reports, presentations, and official communications</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action points</li><li>Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Understand organizational policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation to streamline daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency</li><li>Oversee departmental and individual KPIs, generate weekly performance reports, and conduct general evaluations for staff and department heads, tracking progress toward monthly and quarterly goals</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and optimization of the organization's ERP system, enhancing digital workflows and operational transparency</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in executive or C‑level support roles</li><li>Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern communication tools</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualities</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in fast‑paced, multinational or regional companies</li><li>High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Discretion, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
