Job Description

This position is with a large organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, known for its extensive market presence and professional environment. The company values efficiency and precision in supporting its leadership team and offers a structured yet rewarding workplace.Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain confidential records and documentation efficiently.Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal or external stakeholders.Assist in the planning and execution of events and initiatives within the organisation.Ensure seamless communication across departments to support business goals.Provide administrative support in organising and maintaining office systems and processes.Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.A strong background in secretarial or business support roles, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for administrative tasks.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks.The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.A flexible mindset to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
