<div><h3>What You Will Do:</h3><ul><li><p>Provide daily confidential support to Country Managers&Regional Commercial Directors.</p></li><li><p>Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Country Managers&Regional Commercial Directors as well as travel arrangements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.</p></li><li><p>Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Support the Country Managers&Regional Commercial Directors in setting up the town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.</p></li><li><p>Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.</p></li><li><p>Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.</p></li><li><p>Complete monthly expense report for Country Managers&Regional Commercial Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate on the office management tasks for Riyadh office</p></li></ul><h3>What You Need</h3><ul><li><p>Educational degree in a relevant field</p></li><li><p>At least 3 years of experience in a similar position</p></li><li><p>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Time Management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently</p></li></ul><p>Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.</p><p>Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
